Job summary

You will work with HR Operations, specialist teams, and other functions to resolve cases from request to closure. The role requires a Bachelor’s in HR or related field, 3+ years in HR Operations, and advanced English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field required.
• 3+ years in HR Operations/Shared Services or similar process-driven role.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Knowledge of HRIS (Workday) and case management tools (ServiceNow).
• Strong judgment and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple cross-functional requests with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Execute HR and administrative system transactions with proper approvals and documentation.
• Interpret requests, route to correct HR processes, and manage cases end-to-end.
• Coordinate with Compensation, Benefits, TA, Mobility, Finance Ops, and IT to resolve requests.
• Review requests for completeness and clarity; seek additional info when needed.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation for transactions under delegated authority.
• Protect confidential employee information per data privacy and compliance rules.
• Elevate non-standard cases to appropriate owners and identify process gaps.
