Job summary

Medtronic plc in Bogotá, Colombia is seeking an HR Support within HR Shared Services to provide advanced operational HR support across Payroll, HR Ops, Global Rewards, and Talent Development. You will monitor cases, ensure quality service, and lead onboarding and knowledge sharing within the team.

The role supports stakeholders across the Americas with a flexible work model: two days onsite and three days remote each week. Strong English and MS Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and 2+ years experience in HR Operations or related HR administration functions.
• Experience using HR service management systems and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert for HR operations across HR Operations, Payroll, Global Rewards, Talent Development, and Employee Relations.
• Monitor, assign, and prioritize cases to support service delivery and SLA targets.
• Lead onboarding and knowledge-sharing activities for team members and coach colleagues.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality of service.
• Partner with HR and business stakeholders to support governance, escalations, and reporting.

The role supports stakeholders primarily in the United States and Latin America and does not require travel..As an HR Support, you will serve as a key resource within HR Shared Services, providing advanced operational support and expertise across multiple HR processes. This role acts as a functional leader within the team, supporting complex inquiries, monitoring service delivery, driving process improvements, and helping ensure high standards of quality, accuracy, and customer experience.
