Evotym is seeking a Sales Manager to drive B2B sales in fintech, handling the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing. You will develop strategic partnerships with international clients and close deals in payments, crypto processing, and related fintech areas.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience in B2B sales, fintech, payments, crypto, or related industries.
• Experience selling to international clients across markets.
• Ability to drive end-to-end sales cycles from outreach to close.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from outreach to contract signing and first transaction activation.
• Develop and close international B2B deals in fintech/payments sectors.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using inbound/outbound channels.
• Manage multi-stakeholder negotiations across markets and adapt to different buyers.
• Represent the company at events and client meetings to generate new business opportunities.
