G-P is expanding its Forward Deployed Operations; you will lead end-to-end onboarding for enterprise clients across multiple countries, coordinating with HR Ops, Customer Success, and Sales to ensure a unified service delivery experience. You’ll oversee compliance with international labor laws, visas, and benefits, translating local nuances into actionable plans.

You will partner with senior stakeholders, drive activation and platform adoption, and help shape the enterprise delivery playbooks

Formación

• 4+ years in Enterprise Implementation, Customer Onboarding, Technical Project Management, or Operations Delivery.
• Experience in EOR, Payroll, Global HR Tech, or SaaS space preferred.
• Direct exposure to global employment mechanics (Employer of Record, global payroll, or HR operations).
• Ability to manage multi-country projects with formal frameworks (PMP/Agile).
• Strong communication and leadership with VP/C-suite stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Own and project manage end-to-end, multi-country onboarding programs for enterprise clients.
• Serve as the primary operational partner for enterprise Customer POCs during project implementation.
• Coordinate with internal HR Ops teams, Customer Success, and Sales to align resources.
• Navigate international labor laws, visa requirements, and benefits administration.
• Translate in-country nuances into clear action plans while ensuring compliance.
• Develop and refine implementation playbooks and scalable workflows.
