GMS is a proactive Project Manager sought to deliver telecommunications projects across global markets. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and ensure successful implementation for clients.

You will lead planning, budgeting, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and reporting while driving PMO process improvements and change initiatives to optimize project workflows.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager or similar in international settings.
• Client-facing experience is required.
• Knowledge of the telecommunications industry is preferred.
• Professional fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese.
• Strong negotiation, prioritization, and analytical abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Planning & Documentation: develop project plans, milestones, and related docs.
• Budget & Risk Management: track budgets, deliverables, and mitigate risks.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: lead diverse teams across pipelines.
• Stakeholder Engagement: manage relationships with global partners and internal stakeholders.
• Reporting & Transparency: provide status updates, reports, and dashboards.
• Process Improvement: enhance PMO processes, templates, and workflows.
• Change Management: drive project transitions and adoption strategies.
