Job summary

Genpact in Bogotá, Colombia, is seeking a Sr. Associate - HRO - Employee Lifecycle Management to drive end-to-end people processes, from onboarding to offboarding, and to support global HR initiatives.

You will coordinate onboarding, run performance evaluations, administer benefits, handle employee relations, track development, and conduct exit interviews, while leveraging Workday and ERP tools in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degrees in Commerce, Economics or Finance.
• Advanced HR certifications (PHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) preferred.
• Experience with ERP, HR systems, and recruiting processes.
• Spanish language proficiency required at high level (C2).
