Mastercard in Bogotá is seeking a Manager, Business Analysis to lead the global pricing enhancements within the MCBS. You will coordinate cross-functional reviews, work with developers to define data requirements, and ensure timely testing and stakeholder communications.

Reporting to the Director, Business Analysis, you will coach a global team, manage complex pricing initiatives, and drive outcomes with lean methodologies and Agile practices in a fast-paced, multinational environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or related field.
• Experience as Business Analyst or Project Manager (Lean Six Sigma, Agile).
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects.
• Strong stakeholder influence and alignment skills.
• Experience in a global multinational corporation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate reviews, revisions, testing, documentation, and member notification of pricing enhancements and opportunities.
• Work with developers to identify data and functional requirements for pricing constructs.
• Ensure development objectives are met; user testing is performed; and member notification is timely.
• Evaluate pricing requests to determine feasibility and define optimal pricing solutions.
• Develop and manage project and performance plans across components to ensure on-time delivery.
• Ensure methodology compliance and coordinate issue resolution with management as needed.
• Coach, direct, and develop team members to achieve goals and contribute to culture.
