Mastercard Bogotá is seeking a Sr. Analyst in Sales Enablement for Services to strengthen and evolve our enablement framework. You will work across Sales, Marketing, Product and Insights to drive targeted enablement, develop materials, and accelerate revenue through Sales Plays.

The role requires strong project management, analytical skills, and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset to adapt to changing market needs and stakeholder priorities. An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.

Formación

• 4+ years in project/product management.
• Experience in sales strategy, operations, enablement, and tools (preferred).
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong commercial acumen.
• Advanced analytical skills; confident in leveraging data for insights and decisions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support management and execution of Sales Plays with complex workstreams and stakeholders.
• Participate in design, build, and execution of Sales Plays using an agile approach.
• Own key tasks for Sales Play execution and communicate progress clearly.
• Identify process improvements and document best practices for ongoing use.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product stakeholders on priorities for execution.
• Support sales tools and technologies used by sellers.
• Monitor pipeline, forecast accuracy, and collateral usage across Sales Plays.
