The role requires postgraduate finance education, strong analytical and communication skills, and hands-on experience with Hyperion and Oracle in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Postgraduate degree in finance or MBA/CFA considered.
• Experience in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
• Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support monthly close with variance analysis and commentary.
• Develop annual plan and forecasts for the LAC region.
• Prepare standardized financial reports with KPIs for leadership.
• Provide analytics to inform strategic planning and performance.
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
