Mastercard is seeking a Senior Analyst in Billing Operations (Knowledge Management) to support the centralized billing for products and services. You will partner with owners and release managers to translate opportunities into business and functional requirements, guiding design, development, testing, and implementation within the MCBS framework.

You will act as the operational contact for the billing application, identify trends and risks, and contribute to process improvements.

Formación

• Advanced experience supporting billing products, systems, or platforms in an operational role.
• Demonstrated ability to lead requirements gathering and documentation for complex billing or financial system enhancements.
• Strong analytical skills to translate billing needs into clear requirements.
• Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, explaining impacts to diverse stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to data accuracy and financial outcomes.
• Proficient in Word and Excel for billing data analysis and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as operational point of contact for billing application, ensuring day‑to‑day support and issue resolution.
• Identify trends, recurring issues, and risks; support process and product improvements.
• Provide SME on billing functionality, invoicing processes, and downstream impacts.
• Create and maintain job aids, procedures, user guides, and training materials.
• Support change enablement through training and knowledge transfer.
• Lead intake and vetting of enhancement requests with stakeholders to clarify objectives.
• Validate delivered solutions against requirements to ensure business outcomes.
• Coordinate reviews, changes, testing, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
