Mastercard Inc. is seeking a Sr. Business Analyst in Bogotá to support centralized billing systems and drive timely delivery of pricing rate changes within the MCBS. The role collaborates with business owners, release managers, and development teams throughout the project life cycle.

The ideal candidate will coordinate reviews, document requirements, and ensure testing and notifications are completed. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, with advanced degrees preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• Prior Business Analyst and Project life-cycle experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Access or relational databases is desirable.
• 1 to 3 years of experience usually acquired through standard principles and concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and participate in review, revisions, changes, enhancements, testing, documentation, and notifications of product enhancements and/or business opportunities.
• Provide business knowledge and technical support for requirements development.
• Work closely with developers and requesters to identify data and functional requirements for new/enhanced systems.
• Ensure development objectives are met; user testing is performed; and notifications are prepared timely.
• Consult with Business Owners on projects and document changes.
