Mastercard is seeking a Senior Analyst, Risk Management in Bogotá to help build and sustain operational risk programs across GBSC. You will identify controls gaps, monitor risks, and support remediation with a focus on compliance and efficiency.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, create risk reports and KRIs, and contribute to enterprise risk management initiatives while advancing AI-enabled controls and governance practices.

Formación

• Familiarity with Payroll and the People & Capability (HR) space.
• Risk management practices (ERM, ORM, TRM).
• Experience in audit, operational risk, or other risk management functions.
• Experience with the "three lines of defense" model.
• Understands compliance and risk management frameworks.
• Effective verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated success applying risk management to business/operational processes.
• Analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Understands and appreciates diverse backgrounds.
• Knowledge of documenting control activities, test procedures, and validation execution.

Responsabilidades

• Lead GBSC risk management processes and coordinate remediation activities.
• Identify and mitigate compliance risks, enhance monitoring efforts, and foster a compliance culture.
• Develop knowledge base of best practices and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Identify controls gaps and develop remediation plans compliant with regulations and policy.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide escalation support as needed.
• Collaborate with operations to develop risk reporting and KRIs.
• Maintain risk registers, heat maps, audit schedules, and action items.
• Conduct incident reporting and root cause analysis.
• Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Coordinate activities with internal/external audit and risk management teams.
• Sustain GBSC risk management tools and resources.
• Create value and innovation with AI-based preventative and detective controls.
