Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in HR, Business, Finance, Psychology, or related field.
• Advanced degree or HR-related certification is preferred.
• 2-4 years of professional experience in HR, Benefits Administration, Total Rewards, Shared Services, Payroll, or related function.
• Experience supporting employee benefit programs and responding to inquiries.

Responsabilités

• Manage Tier 2.0 and Tier 1.5 benefits cases, researching and resolving complex inquiries.
• Provide support for leave of absence and time-off programs, ensuring timely resolutions.
• Partner with external vendors to resolve escalated issues and maintain service quality.
• Support annual enrollment and renewal activities, including testing and communications.
• Assist with implementation of new benefit programs and plan changes.
