Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine in Bogotá is seeking an Analyst, Benefits - North America to support benefits operations across North America while partnering with local HR teams.

You will manage inquiries, enrollments, and communications, collaborate with external vendors, and help implement programs in a fast-paced, global environment. Fluent English and Total Rewards experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, finance, or related field.
• Advanced HR certification preferred.
• 2–4 years in HR/Benefits or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage Tier 2.0 and Tier 1.5 benefits cases across North America.
• Support leave of absence and time-off programs.
• Coordinate with external vendors to resolve issues and maintain service excellence.
• Support annual enrollment and renewal activities, including testing and communications.
• Assist with implementation of new benefit programs and plan changes.
• Interpret policy provisions and escalate exceptions as needed.
• Maintain benefit plan documentation and employee-facing resources.
