Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• At least 2 years experience in Payroll or HR operations (Americas).
• Knowledge of US payroll processing and regulations preferred.
• Strong English communication skills both written and verbal.
• CPP or FPC payroll certification preferred.
• Experience with multiple payroll vendors and cross‑country processes.
• Experience with SOX controls and data protection requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure payroll data interfaces correctly into the payroll system ahead of deadlines.
• Support accounting, payments, Time & Attendance, and long‑term incentives within payroll.
• Perform checks, variance analyses and reconciliations during pre‑payroll and finalization.
• Provide payroll project support across testing, data management, and process documentation.
• Collaborate with third‑party payroll providers on calculation processes.
• Support multi‑country payroll ensuring compliance with policies and laws.
• Produce month, quarter, and year‑end payroll reports and remittances.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with SOX and internal controls.
• Identify automation opportunities and contribute to continuous improvement.
