Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• Advanced degree or HR certification is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage Tier 2.0 and Tier 1.5 benefits cases for NA programs.
• Support leave of absence and time-off administration.
• Coordinate with vendors and insurers to resolve issues and maintain service.
• Assist with annual enrollment, testing, and participant communications.
• Help implement new benefit programs and plan changes.
• Interpret and apply policy provisions and guideline documents.
