The successful candidate will partner with HR COEs and global service delivery to standardize processes, drive data-driven decisions, and manage change programs aligned with enterprise-wide HR initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Organizational Development, Data Analytics, or related field.
• MBA, MS, MA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global team responsible for execution and improvement of year-round compensation processes.
• Oversee year-end compensation cycle activities with governance and data integrity.
• Direct global Compensation and Benefits survey participation and benchmarking activities.
