TP is seeking a Genesys Developer with over 3 years of experience to design, implement, and optimize Customer Experience solutions on Genesys Cloud CX. In this role, you will bridge technical needs with cloud-based solutions, ensuring operational efficiency through intelligent workflows and automation.

Ideal candidates will possess significant knowledge of contact center technologies, SQL, and experience with bots. You'll work on cutting-edge CX projects with global clients, enhancing customer interactions and driving innovation within the team.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of experience working with Genesys Cloud development.
• Strong experience in contact center technologies and CX solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Design and configure complex Architect flows using Genesys Cloud.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Genesys Cloud and external systems.
• Handle Level 2 incidents and perform root cause analysis.

Conocimientos

Genesys Cloud knowledge

SQL and database management

Experience with bots and AI tools

Educación

Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering
