Job summary

Concentrix CVG Customer Management Colombia S.A.S. is seeking a Senior Genesys Cloud Engineer to design, implement, and optimize enterprise contact center solutions across Latin America.

The role combines platform administration, integrations, AI features, and customer consulting within our CXTech Managed Services organization. The ideal candidate has deep Genesys Cloud expertise, strong API and data actions knowledge, and a proven track record in professional services environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud.
• Experience implementing enterprise contact center solutions.
• Experience supporting production environments.
• Experience working directly with customers and stakeholders.
• Experience in Managed Services or Professional Services environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Genesys Cloud customer experience solutions.
• Lead technical workshops and architecture discussions.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs.
• Develop deployment and migration strategies.
• Support platform optimization initiatives.
• Configure and manage Genesys Cloud environments.
