Job summary

INSPYR Global Solutions is seeking a seasoned Genesys Admin to join our remote team on a 9-12 month contract. You will support the implementation and ongoing administration of a Genesys Cloud CX platform alongside US-based experts, configuring call flows, IVR, queues, and routing.

You will collaborate on Salesforce integrations, outbound campaigns, and post-deployment hypercare, with emphasis on UAT, go-live activities, and production support in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Genesys Cloud CX administration and configuration.
• Experience with building call flows, IVR, queues, and routing.
• Experience with Genesys Cloud implementations or major platform enhancements.
• Familiarity with Genesys Agent Copilot and virtual agents.
• Experience with UAT, deployments, and production support.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and administration of a new Genesys Cloud CX platform.

• Assist with Agent Copilot, virtual agents, workforce management, and quality configurations.
• Support CX Cloud integration with Salesforce and digital channels.
• Configure outbound campaigns, notifications, and do-not-contact lists.
• Participate in UAT, go-live activities, troubleshooting, and post-deployment support.

Title: Genesys Admin
Location: Remote
Duration: 9-12 Months Contract
Compensation: based on experience
Work Requirements: Citizen of the country of employment or authorized to work in that country.

Key Responsibilities / Project Purpose

• Support the implementation and administration of a new Genesys Cloud CX platform alongside the US-based Lead Administrator and Genesys Professional Services.
• Configure Genesys Architect call flows, IVR, queues, routing strategies, skills, schedules, and callbacks.
• Assist with Genesys Agent Copilot, virtual agents, workforce management, and quality management configurations.
• Support Genesys CX Cloud integration with Salesforce and digital communication channels.
• Configure outbound dialing campaigns, SMS/email notifications, and do-not-contact lists.
• Participate in UAT, go-live activities, troubleshooting, ongoing administration, and post-deployment hypercare.

Required Skills

• Hands-on Genesys Cloud CX administration and configuration experience.
• Experience with Genesys Architect, IVR, call flows, queues, and routing.
• Experience supporting Genesys Cloud implementations or major platform enhancements.
• Familiarity with Genesys and Salesforce integrations.
• Experience with WFM, quality evaluations, or speech analytics.
• Knowledge of Genesys Agent Copilot, virtual agents, or bot flows.
• Experience with UAT, deployments, and production support.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Genesys Cloud certifications.
• Experience with outbound dialing campaigns and digital channels.
• BYOC, SIP telephony, and number porting experience.
• Experience with greenfield Genesys Cloud implementations.
• AI-powered contact center automation experience.
