This remote role supports candidates across Latin America and beyond, requiring a recruiter’s instinct, strong communication, and a data-driven approach to keep pipelines healthy and hiring managers informed.

What You Will Own

• 2+ years of full cycle recruiting, ideally in a tech, digital or creative agency.

• A global perspective, comfortable across time zones and cultures.
• Strong ATS skills and a love of streamlined, automated workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
