Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Technical Recruiter to build an elite, fast-moving team. You will own the full hiring process, partnering with leadership to attract top talent across Sales, Design, Development and Strategy.

As a brand ambassador and talent scout, you will engage passive candidates, maintain a clean ATS pipeline, and drive a seamless candidate experience across LATAM, South Africa, and beyond.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full cycle recruiting, ideally in a tech, digital or creative agency.
• A high accountability mindset that does not need micromanaging.
• A global perspective, comfortable across time zones and cultures.
• Strong ATS skills and a love of streamlined, automated workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Own the full cycle from intake to offer.
• Source and engage talent across Latin America and beyond.
• Provide a seamless, Blacksmith standard experience to candidates.
• Evaluate candidates for skills, culture and performance fit.
• Maintain a warm bench of freelance and full-time talent to move fast.
• Keep a data-driven pipeline in our ATS and keep hiring managers in the loop.
