We value a recruiter with a global perspective, strong ATS skills, and excellent communication who can move quickly while maintaining quality across multiple roles in Sales, Design, Development and Strategy.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of full cycle recruiting experience,preferably in tech, digital, or creative agencies.
• High accountability mindset with minimal micromanagement.
• Global perspective across time zones and cultures.
• Strong experience with ATS and streamlined workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

You own the hiring process from start to finish, partnering directly with our leadership team to find top tier talent across Sales, Design, Development and Strategy.

This is a role for someone with a recruiter's instinct who loves the chase of a passive candidate and wants an environment where their impact is visible every single day.
