This mid-senior level role involves coordinating daily activities, liaising with warehouse and logistics teams, and ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately and on time. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience in order fulfilment and proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a focus on operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Formación

• 1–3 years of experience in order fulfilment, logistics coordination, or warehouse operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with ERP or WMS systems.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and monitor daily order fulfilment activities to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Review and process customer orders, ensuring data accuracy.
• Liaise with warehouse teams for picking, packing, and dispatching of orders.
• Communicate with shipping carriers for timely delivery.
• Track and resolve order discrepancies and delays.
