AgileEngine is seeking a Tech Lead to guide a squad building backend services in Java/Spring Boot with an Angular frontend. This role balances hands-on architecture work with day-to-day mentorship, and requires comfort making technical calls and standing behind them.

You will design robust backend services, build the Angular UI, and lead a transition toward domain-driven design with strong bounded contexts. Emphasis on RESTful APIs and scalable patterns.

Formación

• Proven experience as a Tech Lead or Squad Lead and mentoring junior developers.
• Advanced proficiency in Java (Spring Boot) and Angular with 4+ years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of Kafka, RESTful services, and relational databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle).
• Experience with domain-driven design and bounded contexts; OOAD and design patterns.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the Squad Lead, driving the team to deliver with high engineering standards.
• Design and implement robust backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
• Develop the Angular frontend to connect UI with backend logic.
• Lead the transition to domain-driven structures with clear bounded contexts.
• Architect RESTful APIs with proper HTTP semantics and scalable patterns.
• Mentor juniors, foster agile practices, and advocate for architectural integrity.
• Push back when necessary to maintain best practices and architecture.
