Uberall seeks a Senior Frontend Engineer with strong React expertise to build scalable web applications and collaborate with product, design, and backend teams globally.

You will mentor junior engineers, participate in code reviews, and drive frontend performance improvements while applying the latest frontend trends and best practices.

Formación

• 5+ years of frontend engineering experience.
• Strong React proficiency and component design skills.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and frontend-backend integration.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library).
• Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards and performance optimization.

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer with expertise in React to help us build and enhance our next-generation web applications. As part of our collaborative team, you’ll create seamless, responsive, and visually compelling user interfaces that drive exceptional customer experiences. You’ll work closely with our product, design, and backend teams to deliver impactful features on a global scale.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain responsive, high-performance web applications using React.

Collaborate with product managers and UX/UI designers to transform concepts into intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.

Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code, adhering to best practices in frontend development.

Optimize applications for maximum speed and performance across various devices and platforms.

Troubleshoot, debug and resolve frontend issues to ensure a smooth user experience.

Work with backend engineers to integrate frontend components with our microservices architecture.

Actively participate in code reviews, offering and receiving feedback to improve code quality.

Stay current with the latest trends and advancements in frontend technologies and contribute to continuous improvement.

You will champion the growth of junior engineers by providing dedicated mentorship, fostering a supportive learning environment, and actively guiding their technical development through code reviews and pairing sessions.

Your Profile

5+ years of experience as a frontend engineer with strong proficiency in React.

Experience working with RESTful APIs and integrating frontend with backend services.

Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library).

Familiarity with modern frontend build tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel) and version control (Git).

Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices (WCAG).

Experience with frontend performance optimization techniques.

Experience working in Agile environments, preferably in a Scrum team.

Nice to Have

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools.
