2 Brothers Moving & Delivery in Bogotá seeks a driven Sales Manager to build and lead our US-focused sales team from the new Bogotá office. You will recruit, train, and coach reps, manage complex moves, and own the numbers as the first leadership hire in this office.

You will create the playbook, drive outbound efforts, and partner with leadership to hit ambitious revenue targets, including $1.25 million booked per sales employee and 45% conversion, while maintaining our high customer

Formación

• English at C1 level or better; every customer conversation is with US clients.
• Proven leadership with measurable sales results.
• Experience with outbound: cold calling and business development.
• Ability to build and coach a sales team and create scalable processes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Sales Team: recruit, train, and coach reps; run weekly meetings; set expectations.
• Direct Sales & Key Accounts: handle complex moves and sell with the team.
• Sales Systems & Playbook: build playbook, training, and onboarding processes.
• Metrics & Forecasting: monitor sales metrics and report performance to leadership.
