2 Brothers Moving & Delivery in Bogotá, Colombia, is hiring founding sales reps to sell premium residential moving services to US customers. The role is full-time and in-office, reporting to the Sales Manager, with a path to leadership as the office expands.

You will listen, solve customer problems, and close booked moves, operating with no script and a focus on building trust and high-quality service. Compensation includes base salary plus commissions.

Formación

• English at C1 level or better; every customer conversation is with US clients.
• Able to listen, adapt, and solve rather than push a script.
• Experience in outbound sales and follow-up with a pipeline.
• Comfort with CRM and maintaining data accuracy.

Responsabilidades

• Consultative sales - take inquiries from first call to booked move.
• Outbound & Follow-Up - relentlessly pursue pipeline, including cold calls.
• Customer Experience - follow up after the move and earn reviews.
• Process Discipline - keep CRM accurate and follow the sales process.
