2 Brothers Moving & Delivery in Bogotá is hiring founding sales reps to sell premium residential moving services to US customers. You will listen, solve their relocation needs, and close booked moves from a no-script approach on the ground floor of a fast-growing office.

You'll operate in US Pacific Time business hours with overtime during peak season, earning monthly commissions and a clear growth path as the Bogotá office expands toward multiple locations by 2033.

• English at C1 level or better; every customer conversation is with US clients.
• A natural connector who listens, adapts, and solves rather than pushing a script.
• Resourcefulness: you figure things out and think on your feet.
• A sales result you’re proud of and can prove with numbers, from any industry: retail, hospitality, tourism, B2B, anything real.

• Consultative Sales - Take moving inquiries from first call to booked move: understand the customer, build the quote, and close.
• Outbound & Follow-Up - Work your pipeline relentlessly, including cold calls and follow‑up on every open quote.
• Customer Experience - Follow up after the move, resolve issues, and earn the reviews and testimonials that protect our reputation.
• Process Discipline - Keep the CRM accurate, follow the sales process, and apply coaching immediately.
