10x Advisory is seeking an AI Engineer in Colombia to design and build production-grade AI applications for enterprise clients. You will work with LLMs, RAG, and AI agents to automate business processes and integrate with enterprise systems.

Formación

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience building production AI applications in Python.
• Strong understanding of APIs, cloud platforms, and modern software architecture.
• Experience deploying production apps in Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop enterprise AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions leveraging enterprise knowledge bases and document repositories.
• Develop AI-powered assistants, copilots, and intelligent workflow applications.
• Build AI Agents capable of automating business processes and interacting with enterprise systems.
• Integrate AI capabilities with APIs, cloud services, and enterprise applications.
• Develop scalable backend services using Python and modern application frameworks.
• Partner with solution architects, consultants, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into production-ready AI solutions.
• Participate in application architecture, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement.
• Stay current on emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative approaches for client engagements.

Build the Next Generation of Enterprise AI

Our client is building a high-growth AI and Digital Transformation practice focused on helping enterprise organizations harness the power of Generative AI, intelligent automation, and modern data platforms.

Rather than building experimental AI models, this team develops production-ready AI applications that improve how businesses operate—leveraging technologies such as Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents, cloud platforms, and enterprise integrations.

This is an opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI initiatives for enterprise and middle-market clients while collaborating with experienced architects, consultants, and engineering leaders who are shaping the future of enterprise AI.

What You'll Do

As an AI Engineer, you'll design and build intelligent applications that solve real business problems using modern AI technologies.

Responsibilities include:

• Design and develop enterprise AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs)
