You will build connectors, map data, and ensure robust, observable integrations while collaborating with multiple teams across the region.

Formación

• 4+ years of backend software development experience with API integrations, webhooks, and data mapping.
• Experience working directly with external partners or customers in a technical capacity.
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Fluency in English and Spanish or English and Portuguese.
• Familiarity with integration patterns: REST, event-driven architectures, OAuth, and idempotency.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full integration lifecycle for partners and customers, including qualification, scoping, build, and handoff.
• Run Phase 0 qualification assessments, mapping systems and data flows, and assessing risk.
• Build and configure integration connectors and partner adapters using Clara's framework.
• Coordinate with partner technical teams and act as the primary technical point of contact.
• Collaborate with Platform/API squads to reuse core primitives and patterns.
• Ensure integrations meet standards: idempotency, observability, secrets management, and sandbox testing.
• Deliver runbooks, dashboards, and handoffs before marking integration as done.
• Feed learnings back into the platform to improve shared libraries and configurations.
