Job summary

FullStack Labs, Inc. is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers who embed with enterprise teams to architect, build, and sustain AI-driven solutions. You will run discovery, design agentic architectures, and ship production-grade systems with robust data and retrieval layers.

The role blends consulting, engineering, and operational ownership across regulated contexts. You will work with modern stacks (Python/TypeScript/Java/Go) and frontier AI tools, requiring strong communication and client-facing

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• 1-4 years shipping agentic AI solutions in production.
• Advanced English is required.

Responsibilities

• Discover business problems with stakeholders and assess data readiness honestly.
• Structure the process and the spec: map current state, decisions, data inputs, and exceptions.
• Architect end-to-end agentic systems with emphasis on context and retrieval architecture.
• Build working systems: agents, retrieval services, evaluation tooling, and data flows.
• Own CI/CD for AI systems, including prompt/context versioning and eval pipelines.
• Operate Day 2: eval harnesses, observability, drift management and handoff to client teams.
• Consult with CTOs/VPs and defend decisions to stakeholders.
