FullStack is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers who embed with client teams to architect and build AI-enabled systems. You will be responsible for identifying high-value AI opportunities, designing robust retrieval and data architectures, and delivering production-ready agents and workflows.

You will work across consulting, engineering, and operations, with a focus on measurable outcomes and trustworthy AI in regulated environments.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of professional software development experience with at least one mainstream production stack (Python, TypeScript/Node.js, Java, C#/.NET, or Go).
• 1 - 4 years of professional experience shipping agentic AI solutions, LLM workflows, and RAG architectures in production environments.
• Advanced English is required.
• Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.

Responsabilidades

• Discover. Run workshops and process discovery with business, data, and engineering stakeholders.
• Structure the process and the spec. Map current state, decision points, inputs, and exceptions to specifications.
• Architect & design. End-to-end agentic systems with emphasis on context and retrieval architecture; data sourcing, embeddings, retrieval, and guardrails.
• Build. Ship working systems — agents and retrieval services with CI/CD for AI components.
• Engineer the delivery system. CI/CD for AI and traditional software, versioning, eval suites, and gated releases.
• Operate (Day 2). Post-launch evaluation harnesses, observability, cost management, and handoff to client teams.
• Consult. Present to CTOs, VPs, and leadership; support pre‑sales scoping and proposals.
