As a Financial and Business Audit Specialist your responsibilities will be:

• Conduct financial and operational audits in accordance with the Internal Audit Manual, performing designated audit tests and documenting relevant observations.
• Assess the effectiveness of internal processes, risk management, and governance frameworks, providing actionable recommendations to enhance organizational efficiency.
• Prepare periodic reports detailing audit findings, results, and recommendations, ensuring clear and timely communication with the Internal Audit Lead.
• Follow up on audit recommendations, verifying the implementation of corrective actions and promoting accountability across management levels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the organization and support external auditors during their audit processes by facilitating access to key information.

In addition, you can make a difference if you meet:

• Bachelor's degree (B. A.) in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3 - 6 years of related experience in the areas of Internal Audit, Sarbanes Oxley Act, and Internal Controls.
• CPA in good standing, CIA and/or CFE certifications are a plus.
• Knowledge of generally accepted auditing standards, principles, procedures, risk management concepts and control models.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency, with the ability to document audit findings and reports in English.
