A leading technology and transaction processing company is seeking a CyberSecurity Analyst in Medellín, Colombia. Responsibilities include maintaining security policies, supporting audits, and ensuring compliance. The ideal candidate has a degree in cybersecurity and experience in GRC frameworks. Qualifications

• 1–3 years of progressive experience in GRC, information security, or a compliance-related role.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as ISO, NIST, CIS, SOC 1, SOC 2, PCI DSS.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining and updating security policies and compliance documentation.
• Support internal and external audit preparation.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure compliance tasks are completed on time.
• Participate in vendor risk assessments.
• Identify areas for process improvement in compliance workflows.

Skills

High proficiency in English

Experience in GRC

Understanding of audit processes

Education

Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, information systems or related fields

As a CyberSecurity Analyst your responsibilities will be:

• Assist in maintaining and updating security policies, compliance documentation, and GRC tooling.
• Support internal and external audit preparation and evidence collection.
• Coordinate with teams across the organization to ensure compliance tasks are completed on time.
• Participate in vendor risk assessments and ensure third-party compliance documentation is up to date.
• Identify areas for process improvement in compliance workflows and documentation

In addition, you can make a difference if you meet:

• Bachelor's degree (B. A.) in cybersecurity, information systems or related fields.
• 1–3 years of progressive experience in GRC, information security, or a compliance-related role.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as ISO, NIST, CIS, SOC 1, SOC 2, PCI DSS.
• Experience using GRC platforms (AuditBoard or similar tools preferred).Strong understanding of audit processes and ability to drive successful audit outcomes.
• High proficiency in English.
