Job summary

DHL Global Forwarding in Bogotá is seeking an Expert in Business Support-Talent Acquisition to manage end-to-end recruitment for freight forwarding roles. You will source, screen, and manage candidate flow, ensuring alignment with policy and timely delivery.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in recruitment, strong English communication, and the ability to build a proactive talent pipeline in a dynamic logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in recruitment, selection, and profile review processes.
• Nice to have experience in recruitment for freight forwarders.
• Knowledge in freight forwarding business is a plus.
• Good communication in English (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Execute targeted sourcing via internal ATS and external job boards for qualified active and passive candidates.
• Screens candidates to ensure their qualifications meet open position requirements.
• Manage applicant tracking flow, record maintenance and candidate experience to ensure alignment with company policy as applicable.
• Carry out focused freight forwarding recruitment processes.
• Experience in recruiting and sourcing; logistics industry experience is a plus.
• Source as per job description of positions in an efficient and timely manner.
• Self-motivated, self-starter, who is organized, with very good follow-up skills delivering regular updates and feedback.
• Creativity and sourcing/search skills; ability to create and maintain a continuous pipeline of candidates in line with job descriptions.
