Job summary

The candidate should have at least 1 year in Logistics, English at B2 level, and strong customer service skills. A proactive, autonomous team player is favored.

Qualifications

• Students/professionals in industrial engineering, international business, or related fields.
• Minimum of 1 year in Logistics.
• Good communication in English B2 (verbal and written).
• Customer service and communication skills.
• Teamwork and autonomy.
• Employees who have been in the organization for 12 months or in their current role.
• Employees that are not in transition projects.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, process instruction/requirements and manage the import/export OFR/ AFR operations for different customers.
• Frequent contact with stakeholders to be aware of shipment status and keep customers informed about import processes via emails, calls and status reports.
• Proactive monitoring of shipment status in internal tools (CW1, DHLi, FSI3) and on carrier websites.
• Provide support on track & trace activities and performance reporting for Shipment Management Service Line.
• Add value to customers through continuous improvement initiatives.
• Cross-training within the team.
