• Contact decision-makers and pitch CSP partnership opportunities.
• Conduct site visits to assess suitability.
• Build strong long-term relationships with facility operators.
• Secure rental agreements and permits.
• Negotiate rates, terms, and scheduling priority.
• Ensure compliance with municipal and institutional requirements.
• Maintain a master calendar of permits and renewal deadlines.
