Qualifications

• 3-6 years of progressive business experience in executive search, talent acquisition, leadership or strategy consulting.
• Notable track record of advancement in current role or promotion.
• Project management skills in high-performance environments.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, comfortable presenting to senior-level clients.
• Undergraduate degree in psychology, business administration or related field; postgraduate degree in business is a plus.
• Advance English level: proven experience working in a bilingual environment.

Responsibilities

• Contribute actively to the start-up phase of each search by participating in client kick-off meetings with the Consultant; assist in developing position specification, search strategy, target list of companies and potentially relevant profiles.
• Gather information regarding industries and target companies; identify prospects and sources and represent the client in the marketplace, discussing the opportunity with executives.
• Validate potential candidates through reference and source calls to gain further insight into fit.
• Partner with the Consultant to develop and present a slate of qualified candidates to each client; provide market insights and compensation data.
• Prepare position specifications, candidate presentations and reference reports adhering to assessment methodology.
• Communicate effectively with the search team and keep abreast of search developments; ensure regular communication with active candidates and timely closures.
• Prepare information for client progress reports/meetings; provide balanced perspectives on prospects vs criteria and market insights.
• Be aware of industry developments and build relationships within candidate pools.
• Add to the Firm’s candidate pool by identifying new talent and keeping data up to date.
• Contribute to responses for new business and share practice information with colleagues.
