A leading real estate solutions company in Colombia is seeking a remote Executive Assistant. The role involves supporting a top-selling real estate agent through strategic interactions, managing client relations, and generating reports from CRM data. The ideal candidate has over 3 years of experience in bilingual sales support and a strong background in commercial data analysis. This position offers a base salary of up to 5,000,000 COP/month and additional bonuses.

Formación

• 3+ years in bilingual sales support, business development, or related field.
• Full weekend availability required.
• Experience with CRM platforms is highly desirable.

About this position

Executive Assisstants provide an analytical and strategic outlook throughout the entirety of the purchase process of our properties; while directly assisting one of our top-selling real estate agents.

Your responsibilities will include

• Use innovative and strategic commercial and communication skills to add value to our clients in every interaction.
• First contact & timely and strategic follow‑ups; tour/showing agenda management; client-facing coordination.
• Generate personalized reports based on critical analysis of our CRM database, and use them to develop strategies for effective client engagement and achieving sales.
• Post‑sale customer service and follow‑ups.

Requirements

• Full weekend availability (2 days off on weekdays).
• 3+ years in bilingual sales support / business development / commercial data analysis (or related).
• Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot/Salesforce) highly desirable; comfort with spreadsheets (lookups, filters, pivot basics).
• Data mindset; detail‑oriented; excellent written follow‑ups.
