Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, finance, accounting, economics or related field.
• 2+ years in administrative/finance operations.
• English is desirable.
• Strong analytical and Excel data skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the finance ops department.
• Maintain effective communication with internal clients and receive requisitions.
• Collect, organize, and generate payment orders for suppliers.
• Collect, organize, and manage the collection of customers.
• Support information security checks for new suppliers.
• Assist Invoice and Purchasing analyst to keep client purchases archive safe.
