EXL in Bogotá is seeking a Bilingual Accounts Payable Analyst (English B2+) to join our on-site finance team. The role focuses on processing invoices, managing payment cycles, and ensuring accuracy and compliance across AP workflows.

You will help monitor aging, support closing activities, and produce AP MIS reports. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years AP experience, a Finance/Accounting degree, and strong ERP experience (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite).

Formación

• 2–3 years of Accounts Payable experience
• Graduate or postgraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields
• Strong understanding of AP processes, workflows, and controls
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite
• Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem‑solving skills
• English proficiency at B2+ level or higher

Responsabilidades

• Process invoices and manage payment cycles efficiently.
• Review invoice accuracy, coding, approvals, and tax compliance.
• Monitor AP aging and ensure timely vendor payments.
• Support month‑end and year‑end closing activities.
• Prepare AP reports, dashboards, and MIS.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements
