ElevenLabs is seeking a Deployment Strategist to join a driven team of Forward Deployed Engineers and GTM professionals. You will deploy ElevenAgents, understand customer workflows, and own end-to-end deals from use case to close.

The role requires embedding with strategic customers, delivering measurable outcomes, and guiding best practices for production deployments. You will map enterprise problems to AI systems, collaborate with engineers, and present value to C-suite audiences across

Formación

• 3+ years of technical enterprise customer experience.
• Experience in product development, delivery and change management.
• Commercial instinct for deal conversations and enterprise sales.
• Proficiency in Python and API integration basics.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proven track record delivering complex, ambiguous projects.
• Ability to map enterprise use cases to AI systems.
• Comfort working across industries and environments.
• Familiarity with LLM tooling and AI agent frameworks.

Responsabilidades

• Meet with strategic customers to understand AI transformation goals and pain points.
• Own flagship deals end‑to‑end from use case to close and pricing.
• Embed inside strategic accounts and drive delivery outcomes.
• Identify high-impact use cases with customers and FE/engineer teams.
• Guide customers on best practices for deploying ElevenAgents.
• Scope applications in new industries and expand solutions globally.
• Present results and future work proposals to diverse audiences.
• Collaborate with Research to feed field insights into ElevenLabs.
• Build and deliver compelling demos of ElevenAgents.
• Collaborate daily with customer teams to reach production outcomes.
