Salesforce is seeking a Portfolio Leader to directly manage and grow a team of technical AI specialists deploying Agentforce solutions inside complex customer environments. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can drive engineering excellence while operating at the executive level.

You will lead a blended delivery team made up of Forward Deployed Engineers and Deployment Strategists, setting standards and accelerating production AI.

Formación

• 4+ years of direct people management or high-impact technical leadership.
• Deep architectural understanding of AI, LLMs, and the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise software implementation, data modeling, API integration, and AI deployments.
• Experience architecting or deploying Salesforce Data Cloud and the Agentforce platform.
