AgileEngine is seeking an AI Platform Tech Lead to own a general‑purpose enterprise AI ecosystem spanning Slack, Google Workspace with Gemini, Glean, and leading AI assistants. You will design and build agents, skills, and RAG integrations, while ensuring secure, scalable integrations and governance.

This senior role requires 6+ years of development experience with production AI and enterprise SaaS platform engineering, plus hands-on leadership without direct people management.

Formación

• 6+ years in development roles with hands-on Tech Lead experience.
• Proven track record delivering production-quality AI agents, workflows, or integrations.
• Strong understanding of AI concepts: agents, function calling, retrieval-augmented generation, enterprise search, data connectors, grounding, and safety.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, test, and maintain AI agents, prompts, tools, workflows, and automations.
• Develop APIs, data connectors, webhooks, and RAG/semantic-search solutions.
• Ensure secure integrations across Slack, Google Workspace, Glean, AI assistants, and enterprise systems.
• Lead reviews, mentor contributors, and act as senior technical escalation point.
• Evaluate emerging AI capabilities and provide technical recommendations to leadership.
