DBSync is seeking a Forward Deployment Engineer to bridge product teams and enterprise clients, enabling smooth deployment of AI-driven solutions, workflow automation, and SaaS integrations.

You will combine technical expertise with business sense to translate client needs into production-ready solutions that drive measurable impact, working in a hybrid setup with focus on LATAM customers.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience shipping production integrations.
• 4-8 years in a customer-facing technical role with hands-on coding responsibilities.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct structured workshops with client stakeholders to capture workflows, pain points and outcomes.
• Translate business requirements into technical workflows, automations and integrations.
• Configure, test, and deploy solutions ensuring go-live and adoption.
