Salesforce seeks a Portfolio Leader to direct and grow a blended team of Forward Deployed Engineers and Deployment Strategists, delivering Agentforce solutions inside complex customer environments.

You will set engineering standards, unblock deployments, and scale talent while partnering with Product and Engineering on pilot programs, shaping the core Agentforce roadmap, and driving early customer value.

• Proven ability to lead complex AI deployment programs.

• Experience shaping product roadmaps from field feedback.
