Gladly is seeking an AI Deployment Engineer to design AI use cases, build integrations, and optimize workflows across top brands. You will work directly with customers, decompose goals, and ensure data is accessible for Gladly AI and agents.

You will write JavaScript actions and create guides that teach the AI how to use information effectively. You will own use cases end-to-end, monitor performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable value in a fast-paced SaaS

Formación

• 3–5 years in a technical, customer-facing role such as technical account management, solutions or sales engineering, support engineering, professional services, or forward-deployed engineering, ideally in SaaS, AI, or CX technology.

Responsabilidades

• Design AI use cases with customers, decompose goals into concrete, buildable plans.
• Register APIs on App Platform and expose customer data to Gladly AI.
• Write JavaScript actions to minimize API payloads to needed fields.
• Build workflows and guides to instruct Gladly’s AI on data usage and responses.
• Own use cases post-launch, monitor, optimize and expand with measurable value.
