Job summary

Hult International Business School in Bogota is seeking an Associate Director of Enrollment to drive enrollment growth and lead cross-cultural outreach for its BBA program across Peru, Ecuador and Venezuela. You will report to the Director of Enrollment and oversee business development, sales, and consultative support with students, agents, counselors, and parents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• English proficiency
• Spanish proficiency

• 3+ years of sales, Business Development, or recruitment experience with proven success
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work and drive success independently
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM preferred

Responsibilities

• Generate year over year lead volume growth in target regions.
• Develop and identify target schools and communities and engage with stakeholders (students, parents, counselors, agents).
• Travel and host events to generate leads; 15–25% travel seasonally.
• Present the program through outreach campaigns, events, webinars, and masterclasses.
