Auxis is seeking an experienced Windows Server & Endpoint Infrastructure Engineer to own core infrastructure, including Windows Server, virtualization, and MS Intune. You will maintain on-premises and cloud services, integrate with Microsoft Azure, and drive endpoint security strategies to boost performance and customer experience.

You will manage hybrid Entra ID, write automation scripts, and contribute to SOPs and documentation while supporting 24x7 on-call rotations and incident resolution.

Formación

• 5+ years in IT infrastructure/system administration.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, IT, or equivalent working experience.
• Proven experience with Windows Server, Virtualization, MS Intune, Hybrid Entra ID, and the MS 365 suite.
• Strong scripting ability with PowerShell, VBScript, and BAT.
• English language proficiency at B2+ level.
• Willingness to participate in a 24x7 on-call support rotation.
• Excellent communication and technical documentation skills.
• MS 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate.

Responsabilidades

As the Windows Server & Endpoint Infrastructure Engineer, you will own the technical and operational aspects of our core infrastructure, including Windows Server, virtualization platforms, and MS Intune. You will maintain critical on-premises and cloud services, integrate with Microsoft Azure, drive endpoint security strategies, and leverage automation to improve system performance and the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Infrastructure & Virtualization: Administer and support on-premises Windows Server deployments and virtualized environments, ensuring high availability and optimal resource allocation.
• Identity & Security: Manage Hybrid Entra ID environments, identity synchronization, and cloud app security policies.
• Endpoint Management (Intune): Manage Windows, Android, iOS, and Mac devices. Troubleshoot automated enrollment, MDM/MAM policies, and device compliance.
• Support & Operations: Provide advanced second-level support for server infrastructure and the Intune Platform, effectively resolving incidents and service requests.
• Automation & App Deployment: Handle application package creation and deployment. Write and execute scripts (PowerShell, VB script, BAT) to automate operational tasks.
• Process Improvement: Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), maintain documentation, and provide technical consultation to team members.

Skills and Experience:

• Experience & Education: 5+ years in IT infrastructure/system administration. Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, IT, or equivalent working experience.
• Technical Mastery: Proven experience with Windows Server, Virtualization, MS Intune, Hybrid Entra ID, and the MS 365 suite.
• Scripting: Strong ability to write automation and reporting scripts using PowerShell, VB script, and BAT.
• Language: English B2+.
• Operational Availability: Willingness to participate in a 24x7 on-call support rotation.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills with solid experience in technical documentation.
• Required Certification: MS 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate.
